  • The main level of the main house is accessed with just two steps.

Property Access

  • The home is accessed by a paved road and driveway. The driveway has a moderate incline with a level parking area at the house. The driveway will be plowed after snowfalls, but guests visiting during winter months (November-April) should bring 4WD or AWD vehicles; chains may be necessary during heavy snow.
  • Park either in the two-car garage (with Tesla EV charger) or outside. There is space for 5 cars outside.
  • The heated pool is available and usable between Memorial Day and Labor Day only. It will be drained and covered outside of this season.
  • Guests need to bring their own sports equipment for the tennis and basketball courts.
  • This home has one exterior camera on the garage monitoring the parking area only. No other cameras are present at the property.

Policies and Rules

  • Animals and pets of any kind are not permitted on or in the property under any circumstances.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or in your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy are allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person who reserves is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

Parking Information

  • Park either in the two-car garage (with Tesla EV charger) or outside. There is space for 5 cars outside.

  • The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cooking basics. A starter set of paper products is provided: one roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided in quantities sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • Towels and bed linens are provided.
  • Guests need to bring their own sports equipment for the tennis and basketball courts.
  • The heated pool is available and usable between Memorial Day and Labor Day only. It will be drained and covered outside of this season.

Cancellation Policy

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Additional Winter Weather Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (November-March). No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
